I did it folks. If you dont already know... i registered for classes last week and today was my orientation. Its nothing over the top fabulous, i decided to wait a little longer for the masters as to not waste any more money on deciding what i actually want to do with my life. Instead I picked my 2 dream jobs. The jobs that i would NEVER do for lack of confidence amongst other things, but i chose classes in those 2 catagories. Event Planning and Photography. I start on October 15th and go through december. Classes are wednesday and friday and I am over the top super excited!!!
I really think these event planning classes will give me the confidence and the resources to go for it! Can i really make a living working outta my home planning events for people. Seriously SIGN ME UP!! i wwould looooove to do this stuff for a living. I even have some ideas floating around on some "not so unique" ways of planning events in the future.
At the end of the class I get introduced to some event planners in the area as well as guidence on how to get into the field.
Anyways, just thought i would share my new excitement. I will be sure to keep u updated with pictures from my photo classes and all the neat stuff im learning in event (wedding..hehe) world!
