Okay, So i didnt have time to take any pictures today, but promise i will have PLENTY from tomm!

My picture today is more important than anything i will do this week. Last week at work we got an e-mail about the option to participate in Lee's National Denim Day. I recognized fundraiser to help support research of Breast Cancer. I know you cannot read the poster so here are a few facts for you: PLEASE READ!

* Every three minutes, one woman is diagnosed with breast cancer.
* An estimated 242,540 new cases of breast cancer (240,510 women,
2030 men) are expected to occur during 2007.
* An estimated 40,910 breast cancer deaths (40,460 women, 450 men)
are expected in 2007.
* The most proven and significant risk factors for getting breast cancer
are being female and getting older.
* There are more than 2 million breast cancer survivors today.

HOW YOUR FUNDS POWER THE WOMEN’S
CANCER PROGRAMS OF EIF:
TREATMENT Establish the Lee Jeans Translational
Laboratories to accelerate promising treatment
research to treat cancer patients more safely
and increase patient access to some of the most
significant clinical trials in the nation.
EARLY DETECTION Support the EIF’s Breast Cancer
Biomarker Discovery Project, a multi-year effort led
by world-class scientists to develop a blood test for
early detection of breast cancer.
GRASSROOTS SUPPORT Assist the National
Breast Cancer Coalition/Fund to create
science-based breast cancer resources,
both web and print, to help individuals
with breast cancer make more
informed decisions about breast
cancer risk, diagnosis and treatment.

I am sure most of us either ourselves or know someone else has been affected by Breast Cancer or another similiar. There is so much that we can do to help! So if you have ever thought about donating before and werent sure how, how much or maybe you couldnt afford it every little bit will make a big difference and go a long way! PLEASE PLEASE donate!! Hopefully one day there will be preventions and improved treatments for us and our children!!
