ambitions

I was watching Rachael Ray the other day (new newest tv obsession, other than lipstick jungle). She was interviewing this woman who wrote a book of her own after spending an entire year exploring the self help section of the book store. Each month she worked on some aspect of her life she wished to improve and while some of it she felt didnt much work, others she was highly satisifed with. Even though her little experiment is over she still practices much of what she learned through her journey. As you might already know i have been spending a lot of time myself on a smiliar topic trying to find myself. Who i am, who i want to be and what i can do to make myself better. I have started reading plenty of books (one great one i finished this morning) which are helping me to be a better person. The woman on the TV talked briefly about a list she made of the small, somewhat trivial things she wanted to do in the year. Things that some people would think are stupid or small or whatever, it doesnt matter what other poeple think. My favorite quote from the book i just finished is:

"Act as if you are a nobody and the world will take you at your own value. Act as if you are a somebody and he world has no choice but to treat you as somebody."
SO i get off topic easily. I was talking about this list she made and i thought it would be a really good idea to write down the things I, ME, I want to do this year that will make me happy, healthy and a whole person. This is what i came up with so far:
