new years resolutions..

It has been so incredibly crazy lately. i have been trying to keep up with the picture taking but my posting has taken somewhat of a back burner. I will try to fill in some of the missing time when i can. but i could not wait to share my excitement from the new year any longer.

Skinny Jeans!

Last year, like most other americans, especially women, i promised myself i would get in shape, get healthy, loose a little extra weight and get my ass into a pair of jeans i was never able to fit into before. Since freshman year of collage i have been toting these jeans around with me from house to house always pushing them to the back of my closet, but always the front of my mind.

Last year this time i couldnt even get these jeans over my knees and that was after i nearly threw out my shoulder trying to stretch and pull the seams and stitching as far as it could possibly go! this year....

wahla! I had tried them on a few months back and was a little dissappointed when i even though i could get them over my knees and thighs, i still couldnt button or breathe!

So New Years eve, i have tried on every outfit in my closet, i came accross, at the wayyyy bottem on the pile my favorite jeans i could never wear. I put them on (easily) buttoned them up and then danced around!!! I could breathe!! YESSS!!

Well, i am extremly proud of myself for actually following through a resolution for probably the first time in my life and accomplishing the goal i set out to do.

I am wearing the jeans as i write, now, i dont know if i will ever take them off!... might not go back on! LOL.
