New and improved scrap/craft room

New craft room is done!! YAY! Scottie put in custom cabinets and counter top. maybe next time ill post whats actually in them. Ran into a few bumps in the road but they tured out great! i have so much room to create and work i love it all! A lot of the storage stuff is the same from last time i posted my room so i wont re-do. also changed picture resolution for you slow computer people :) hehe
There are 2 sets of cabinets. The left side top drawer is paint and ink and brushes and chalk, etc.
middle drawer is random craft stuff and ribbon, lots and lots of ribbon
Bottom drawer is everything i need for sewing, thread needles and fabric!

Right side top drawer is cutting mats boards and all my rotery cutting supplies including stencils.Middle drawer is sissors and adhesive, my mini sewing mechine and room to grow :)Bottom drawer is fake flowers
The rolling chest under the desk now holds stickers. each drawer is a different catagory. sewing mechine next to it and trash on the other side. shelves above desk have boxes like before to hold pictures, disks, stamps, die cuts, scrap paper, and lots of other stuff. I have adapted a few great organizing tech. for the room as well. Binders on the right on shelf hold favorite layouts and inspiration from mags (so i dont hoard too many mags) those are in white and black binders hold photos that are left from scrap projects and i wont scrap but dont want to throw away.
This is more or less scotties side of the room. the "office" side. But i did get to put MY printer next to his, makes it easier to print scrap stuff! the desk is also huuge lots of room to pay bills :)

cabinit behind the door im afraid to open, you never know what might fall out. LOL mostly bear making supplies back there

We moved the chair in here to free up some space. this is my new favorite place to read my crafts mags and books and get inspired! paper storage on the right. small crate thingy has 8x11 paper sorted by theme and the tall one is sorted my color. i love color. other side of the chair are my storage bins with all my yarn and knitting and crotchet stuff. Cameras take their place on the table beside my chair :) order! and number underneath... also lots of room to grow. The other one has everything else from sea glass to beads and wire and brads and lots of lil things that now have an easy home. The drawers come in all different sizes and they were like $15 at HD

I needed a lil something bright fun and creative in here. I found these colenders for $1 and they are perfect. For a short person like me they are easy to get up and down off some of the taller shelves in my room and hold just enough to keep everything together and keep it light! I love em! they hold glue, tape and lots and lots of paints.

cant see the shelves above but there are 2 more. 1 has albums and the top are Build a bears! lol.

Not too sure i can hold another hobby in this room! lol. I guess i will add that to my resolution list. I will not take on another hobby. I will not take on another hobby. I will not take on another hobby. I will not take on another hobby. I will not take on another hobby. I will not take on another hobby. I will not take on another hobby. I will not take on another hobby. I will not take on another hobby. I will not take on another hobby. I will not take on another hobby.
